Intent was originally a video art installation presented at the Tel Aviv Museum Of Art under the name 'This Does Not Die' - an exhibition by Roiy Nitzan and musician Avishai Cohen in 2017.

In 2021, at the request of ECM records, the work was re-edited to become the official music video for Avishai Cohen’s Intent track, featured on his Big Vicious music album.
